Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within two business days, depending on current order volume. In some cases, items may be on backorder and take longer to ship. Shipments requiring freight service or special handling may need additional processing time. Please reach out to us for details regarding such deliveries. Freight insurance is included at no additional cost on all orders.

Note that these timelines do not include order processing time. Most orders are processed within two business days. Depending on your location and delivery requirements, we may use either air or ground transport to ensure timely delivery.

Delays in Shipment

CUSHIONAIRE is not responsible for shipping delays that are outside of the carrier’s control. These include, but are not limited to: recipient unavailability, acts of nature, government restrictions, customs delays, labor strikes, transportation disruptions due to weather, pandemics, and other unforeseeable events. Please direct concerns about such delays to the relevant shipping provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on shipping costs for such instances.

Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately due to product availability or location of distribution centers. No additional shipping charges will be applied for these split shipments.

Our shipments are typically handled by trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight, and Con-way Freight.

Restricted Shipping Items

Some products are subject to FAA restrictions and cannot be shipped by air. These typically include:

Aerosol products in pressurized containers
Items containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive substances

Order Cancellation

You may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet entered the processing stage at our warehouse. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. This transition can happen quickly—sometimes within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
